Costs and delivery times
Shipping fees are set to 8 $. The shipment of your order will be made within 48 hours after
reception of your payment. All our shipments are insured by Canada Post. Delivery times by
post are 2 to 5 business days. Collections Liam cannot be held responsible for any delay in the
delivery process.
Online Payments
Collections Liam reserves the right to change prices at any time, but agrees to apply the rates in
effect at the time of your order. The price payable for each item is displayed on the product page
of our website at the time of your order. This price is in Canadian dollars and sales taxes plus
delivery charges are applicable charges. Paypal payment interface ensures a simple and secure
transaction. No banking information is flowing through our website.
Trade policy
If, upon receipt of your order, the original packaging is damaged, torn or opened, you need to
immediately check the status of the items. If they are damaged, you must refuse the package.
In order to facilitate the return process, you must contact us by email and send us your name,
billing information and reason for your return. If the returned item is still available according to
our inventory, we will send you a new copy at our expense. If not available, a credit note valid
for 12 months will be issued. No refunds will be made.
Product conditions
Each product is accompanied by one or more photographs characterizing it. It should be noted
that we cannot ensure a perfect similarity with real products, in particular regarding color.
